HofNet owned Wireless Equipment is installed with a Customer 3 YR Maintenance Contract.  Monthly or yearly connection payment options are available. Yearly paid contract, 10% discount – no refunds for early disconnection. 1^st year contract of 12 months connection is required.

• An initial $150.00 fee for the 2 year maintenance/installation contract is required. This contract includes the     maintenance, replacement, or repair of radio antenna including all labor charges.

• Contract terminates at the Cat5 Cable connection of the antenna/radio.  You are responsible for everything from that point of termination such as cables, routers, computers, power supplies, etc.

• An extended warranty at the end of this 3 year period will be made available.

•  Pick your connection speed as listed below – price is based upon connection speed desired. All packages are burstable up to the speeds stated, All Uploads will be between 300k and 512k based on download connection rate package. 

•  After initial 2 years an optional maintenance service plan is available for wireless equipment (radio/antenna) at $10.00   per month or $85.00 per year - covers replacement of radio/antenna and labor.

• Included in package – 1 Free Private IP – 3 free Postini filtered e-mail address - each additional $0.50 per month – 10 meg of web space (All web space offered is for personal use only.) 

Optional Equipment & Software - not included in the equipment fee – additional cost.

• An Ethernet card – if not installed on your computer - is required to receive the signal.

• An Antivirus program is a must do and may be purchased at the time of installation.

• A Router is highly recommended as firewall protection from Internet outside hacking.

• Battery Backups are also highly recommended.
